Printing from Firefox to my new Brother MFC 9970cdw color laser all-in-one is making the printer reboot instead of print. This is not a good sign. Am I going to have to find out how well Amazon returns work for large items?

Generic postscript driver. I haven’t installed the Brother-provided binary blob driver.

I never had a problem with the br script driver or the pcl-6 emulation on my 9560cdw. vanilla postscript I do get the occasional non-printable document. I have all 3 installed and the brscript and pcl are much more consistent.

the binary thing. I have better things to hack on than experimenting with stuff that “might” work… ;)
