I’m an active treaddesker at home but not for now at work. One of my problems with purpose-built treaddesks is that 2MPH feels distractingly slow because it’s significantly slower than my normal walking pace.

This is why I bought a heavy-duty normal treadmill instead of a walking treadmill for my home treaddesk; I can walk 3.5MPH on it when I want to, but it has a big enough motor to not wear out even if I walk on it at slower speeds for hours.
