On a whim, I put raspberries on a Pizza Bianca, then tented them under spinach leaves. The spinach of course wilted over the raspberries, but I didn’t realize it would look like broccoli!
Unexpectedly tasty. Not all my cooking experiments turn out. If you like pineapple on pizza, you might like this.

There’s a pizza place in southern Illinois that offers thin-sliced apples as a topping. It goes well with pepperoni.

+John Pitney That sounds good. If I were putting meat on this raspberry/spinach pizza, it would be fine ground sausage, not too spicy.

Our second time, we tried it with a thing marinara sauce instead of a pizza bianca and it wasn’t as good. Might be interesting with pesto? We also put lots more greens on it the second time instead of just tenting the raspberries, which was good.
