FCC and Title II
If Big Telco hadn’t sued the FCC over softer neutrality regulation, maybe they wouldn’t have backed the FCC into the Title II corner. Duh?

Maybe big telco ended up in better position than they would otherwise. There is one thing that would undermine their position, and would create competition - it’s last mile unbundling rule. But it was left out. So now big telcos’ monopoly is stronger than it was. Anti-payed-prioritization rule is a small price to pay for that.
