Microsoft to EU: “So sue us. Again.”
Basically, you have to use a UI that makes you appear to be choosing Edge to get to the point at which you are allowed to make your already intentionally-made alternative choice active. There is no chance that this is accidental. Microsoft is clearly actively testing to see whether the EU has the backbone to haul them back into court.
Just like a two-year-old child. Poke. Poke. Poke. Makes it clear that although Satya Nadella has changed a lot on the surface at Microsoft, at the core it is still anticompetitive and needs independent regulatory constraint.
