I wasn’t aware of Dave Chihuly’s work until I went to this permanent exhibition in Seattle today. I was unprepared both for minute detail and tremendous scale of his work. Well worth viewing.

Well, that’s annoying. There are 37 pictures in the album, but G+ shows only 15. But viewing the album seems to show the rest.

G+ is a little weird sometimes.

Enjoyed discovering Dale Chihuly Garden and Glass at Seattle Center with you today, Michael.  Sunny city really welcomed us today.

He does fantastic work, wish I could afford him.

Someone in the gift shop was somewhat negligently handling a piece and the attendant had to firmly request that she stop. A $7000 price tag was enough to keep me at arm’s reach!

But it’s beautiful…

He’s a fantastic artist, wish I could afford even a small piece

Beautiful pictures, Michael. Full of light and color.

He has lovely suspended pieces in the atrium of the Kansas City concert hall.
